If you want to install a dedicated IRC client program, there are plenty to choose from, many of which are free. Some will only do IRC, others will allow you to talk to friends on other networks (AIM, ICQ, MSN, etc) at the same time, in the same program. There are links to some free ones, and to advice on setting them up, on the links page.
Whatever program you use, you will need to tell it what server to connect to, but the details of how to configure it will vary. Set the server to irc.blitzed.org.
Once you are connected, join the #LionsOOC channel. Please use a nickname that fellow Lions are likely to recognise, like your character's name or your forum user name). Note that spaces are not allowed, but underscores are, so they can be used to seperate names. (eg Elrood Brond would not be allowed, but Elrood_Brond would be)
