Lions Chat - Trillian Client Program

Note: I don't use Trillian, so there may be an easier/better way to do this, but I couldn't find it - Russ.

Make sure the IRC plug-in is enabled. To check:

Go to the Preferences window (Trillian -> Trillian Preferences...)
In the Plugins section, make sure IRC is checked [screenshot]

You then need to add a new IRC connection. (From Preferences, click Add a new IM connection, then Add a new connection..., then IRC. Enter the following details [screenshot]:

Server Alias: Lions Chat Server
In the second box, replace irc.trillian.com::6667 with irc.blitzed.org
Nickname: Enter a suitable nickname (eg your IC name, or your forum user name)
You do not need to enter anything in the Username or User Info boxes
Click the Change... button. This will open a new dialogue box

In the Perform Buffer section, check the tick box and enter /join #LionsOOC in the text box [screenshot]
Click the Save Settings button to save the settings and close the dialogue box

Click the Connect button
A new window will be opened, with the #LionsOOC channel open. You may need to make the window bigger for it to be useable [screenshot]
